Much like military berry colouring comes around every A/W, and it's another I love. I love wearing burgundy, I think it works well with my pale skin and dark hair. I think this colour can work for everyone and can also work with all sorts of colour combinations.

Happy Birthday Hollie

My best friend of 18 years turned 21 last Friday, Aaron and I travelled across the country to celebrate with her. I'll let you know what we're all wearing,

Gold Toe Caps

I recently found myself lusting over shoes with metallic caps, a la louis vuitton. So on a recent trip to Bristol with Aaron we popped into Primark to find some shoes to DIY. We actually got really lucky and found a pair with toe caps for only £10! Although the caps were rose gold, not just gold like I really wanted... time to get the stray paint out!

This is was easy to do and took under 10 minutes. This could also work with just a normal pair of pointed shoes, if you just wanted to achieve 'the look'.
All you need is

• A pair of pointed shoes
• Metallic stray paint in gold or silver
• Masking tape

and then just follow the steps in the pictures and voila!

Military is huge when A/W comes around every year, I think this year might be the year I invest in a Parka too (I've been eyeing up Zara look alike in Primark at the moment!) as well as some Chelsea boots, I don't think this sun shine is going to hang around much longer.

This look has to be my favour A/W offering, Katy Perry has been seen rocking this look ever since Coachella (much prefer her dark purple hair over the blue!) I think ever since my ~emo~ days black, leather, lace and studs have made up a lot of my wardrobe, and with the last part of the Twilight saga coming out in Novemerber what could be better than a bit of vampish glam. Wednesday Addams and Dita Von Teese are definitely style icons for this look.  

Open Cross Studded Levis

I'm popping these cute vintage re-worked levi's onto my eBay, I brought them from a vintage warehouse a few months back and have securely added on these small open cross studs on the left hand side of the shorts. They are 29W which i would say is a UK size 8.

Soon I am going to be leaving the rainy UK to the sunny shores of Turkey with my family. I haven't been on a family holiday since I was about 14,  so I'm not to sure what to expect. I brought this cute 50s style bikini last year from Asos, and I love it! I think the polka dots really suit the style of bikini. The other 2 I recently picked up from Primark for the absolute bargain price of £6! Along with the straw hat which was £4. The polka dot flip flops (can you tell I love polka dots?) were also a bargain at just £3! Apparently the weather in Turkey right now is above 30 degrees C, so hot and I bet I still come home white as a sheet!
